While they are well versed in the needs of small to medium businesses and schools at all levels their aim at this stage is to discover the specific technology needs of each client.
Designed for our Education and Business clients this stage involves an experienced Pre-sales Engineer from our Professional Services Team developing and recommending a solution tailored to the customer’s specific needs. We provide advice about hardware, software, deployment, configuration, integration and ongoing managed IT support services.
Depending on the plan this stage may involve procurement and deployment or the integration of new technology with existing technology. Our aim is to make things as easy as possible. We can take care of tasks like asset registration, asset tagging, SOE deployment, on-site machine personalisation, setting up mobile device management systems, establishing data back-up processes, installation of machines and disposal of packaging.
Managed IT services & support
Business and Education customers can enjoy the benefits of an in-house IT department at a fraction of the cost with a customised IT support plan. Technicians can monitor your system, perform updates and patches, backup data, manage servers, plan maintenance, provide support and more. We also make house calls to assist retail customers with IT issues they may be having at home.
